Letter from the Founder

As a Black American entrepreneur, for the last 19 years working in the financial services industry, I have personally witnessed the challenges faced by those lacking mentorship, advisors, and door-openers. I have recognized the untapped potential in individuals who, like me, have not benefited from networks that provide access to locked and sometimes hidden doors.

For this reason in 2024, me and my company are partnering with community organizations, business accelerators, and industry experts collectively focused on empowering underrepresented founders and tech talent alike to grow their capabilities and seize opportunities.

My mission,100 Fold, is about giving, whether it be time, resources, or meaningful introductions. It’s not enough to point someone to the door of opportunity, my goal is to walk as many as I can through it.
